Maybe not root for but would relish rubbing it in if say the gumps got blow the f out in a natty. I did not root for Clemson, but is sure enjoyed the gump tears that night!

You have to be kidding. LSU fans were the ones pushing the score of the game last year all over the place. I don't think I can forget it anytime soon

It wasn't so much that I was pulling for Clemson. I hate Dabo's goofy acting arse. I just wasn't about to miss the opportunity to be a spectator for the gump meltdown after that good old country arse whipping. On top of that, the fruit that William Taylor was able to grow from the seeds of that debacle has been sweet.

It's funny that the majority of posts about rooting for Clemson come from jealous little brother Aggy. It's been stated several times in this thread, but I guess I would be angry if I knew my team would never win a natty in football too.

I would say there is a distinct difference between those that were rooting for Clemson and those that just liked making fun of Alabama after the loss.
And people parroting 44-16 doesn’t necessarily mean they were riding Clemson or rooting for them.
