Refer to my first post in this thread for reference in your own level of denial. You've got a player who has such a deep lack of respect for your head coach that he's willing to pull out his phone, acknowledge the rule, and then publicly break the rule. That should be a red flag to you.
A player tweeted during a blowout football game, acknowledging his teammate is the goat. Oh the disrespect. What inhumanity. The inmates are running the asylum. UF is fricked.

You’re a whiny bitch aren’t you? You must be loads of fun at parties.

I referred to Ed Orgeron as Gene Chizik 2.0

Orgeron just won a national title, Gene Chizik won one too.

I am pretty sure that was his point. He was calling him a one and done.

Are you going on record that O will be gone by the end of the 2022 season?

My evaluations have been fairly spot on. I referred to Ed Orgeron as Gene Chizik 2.0

Was this after you said he'd never win the SEC or a natty at LSU?

Mullen is very consistent. This guy is trying way to hard.

Mullen is the 2nd most winning coach at MSU.

Well that's a hell of a feat, isn't it? Real high bar there.

He’s gone 10-3, 11-2 and 5-1 at UF

And has absolutely nothing to show for it. Congrats.

Which of Saban's earlier schools was he the 2nd most winning coach and what did Saban have to show in his first 2 and a half year at Bama? By your measuring stick McElwain did better than Saban in his first 2 years.

At the end of the day you may be right about Mullen and his lack of discipline, but he is only 48, so he has a chance to evolve. At 48 Saban was in his last and only good year at Michigan State. I think he grew tremendously as a coach between then and the coach he is now. So for you to have written Mullen off at this point is kind of short-sighted.

I get it. It wasn't me that said it. I was just amused that the other poster did not catch the reference.

Link?

ETA: I'm sure that was my opinion, just like every other swinging dick on this website - including the Tiger Rant. What we didn't know at the time is that he would be the benefactor of the most elite combination of OC/QB college football has ever seen. Just like when Gene Chizik showed up at Auburn with a 5-19 overall record as a head coach and lucked into the Malzahn/Cam Newton sweepstakes.

Wrong. There were still plenty of swinging dicks who were happy to see him named HBC.

Plenty? After the loss to Troy, for the remainder of that season, can you name a single person who started a thread to support his being the head coach?

I haven't denied his consistency a single time. In fact, I've stated the exact opposite. His consistency is exactly what will keep his job safe. It's hard to fire a guy who wins 9 or 10 games every year. That, as you know, won't be enough to keep the fan base happy, but it will be enough for him to keep his job and for Florida to occasionally beat UGA.

Well hell, he must be head and shoulders above the other coaches if he can do so well without even putting much effort into it. Good for him.
