That's a facemask and would be offsetting penalties.
Your other gif isn't all that impressive. It looks like he just caught the guy off balance more than anything.
Now, the other sooner's post against the Baylor LB looked like a great play by him.

Baker is a badass and I think the game will be great but I don’t think OU wants this game to come down to whether he can consistently ground and pound the Georgia front 7.
