I know I'm wrong for thinking that Rison deserved it, but the dude was such a punk when he played for the Falcons, I'll just have to be wrong on this one

Friend of mine worked hard his whole life and worked his way into a very nice house and neighborhood, his house was a few doors down.

Yes, I wanted to give the Bama haters a momentary thrill.

Aside from it being good PR for Saban, more importantly it shows what a good person he is even back then when no one was looking.
Same reason former players speak very highly.

Saban is a player's coach, almost to a fault.

Did you read your own link?

quote:

“That man had no right to hit me. I never told my mom. I never told anybody," Rison said. "The only people that really knew were our whole team and all the coaches. Nick Saban was on that staff. He was one of the ones that came to me and consulted me. That's why I respect him to this day. I don't have to call Nick Saban every day and knock his door down, but Nick Saban offered my son a scholarship [to Alabama], and that was fair to me. That was fair and was all I ever asked for. I love Nick. I love Nick like a father figure.”

That story has evolved dramatically in the last 14 years.

Well, it was invented by an Auburn fullback who was pissed that he wasn't even good enough to make it to week 7 before getting kicked off the team.

Is coming out to play politics a racial healer ??
This brings great division and why I am seeking another sec team to be a fan of

The coach MUST not play politics especially against the majority of the south

Is Saban helping his players to get the best salaries in the nfl by coming out to play politics against the majority of the south. The sec and the state of ala?

Him playing politics in this way is the reason I’m switching away to another team that don’t play politics

Is this the same Saban that stepped over a practically dying lineman in the locker room at halftime of a game he was losing?

It took you 10 posts to have your shite handed to you! Run along kid.
