Auburn beating Bama and UGA would actually clear up the playoff picture and make the committee’s job way easier.

This.
Auburn has zero chance of making the playoffs.
If Auburn beats Georgia, UGA is out.
If Auburn beats Alabama (please) Bama is out.

It’s possible, but it would be on a neutral field and I’m not going to bring up some of the holding that was going on, but yeah that might be looked at a little more closely.

I agree with just average simple QB play Auburn probably would've had a special season. Only loss to Lsu by 3 with really nothing from that position. I don't think it would surprise any of us if they beat the dawgs & Tide. Nix does play better at home.

Again, the fear of facing Bama again is real - just like 2012.

It feels the exact same way. Bama gonna wax that arse like they did then.

Hardly scared, Baw. Y'all have not earned a shot at the big time this year. Your toughest opponent that you beat is worried about being bowl eligible.

Works both ways. Steele has tape on LSU and can scheme against Brady and LSU

With all due respect, this isn’t that bama team. LSU is a much better team than y’all are this year, couldn’t say that back then.

Time to show the country that you are still a SEC big dog and put GA and Bama out to pasture this year.

Seems like a lot of Auburn fans would rather put Gus out to pasture.

Auburn losing hurts Bama as that would be their only quality win.
Georgia losing only gives Bama a slightly better chance.
If Georgia loses in the SECCG they are out.
How exactly does Auburn winning blow up the playoff picture?

Are you f*cking kidding???

The only thing Auburn is good at is blowing itself, they got no shot at beating Bama or UGA

Auburn beating both removes the current #4 and #5 out of the picture with no chance of getting back in. The committee has a much easier path to a top 4 in that scenario.

Of course Auburn beating Bama knocks them out, beating Georgia means little.

The more multi-loss SEC teams the better. But I agree, beating GA has less impact.

If you beat Bama I’ll sing Auburn’s praises.
But not by more than 5. This board will blow up with Auburn is better than LSU threads
