Pretty close in terms of wins for #2 through #6. Ole Miss began to dip in the 1970's; had they kept up their 1950's and '60's win pace, they could have been close to the top today.

Understandably, Texas A&M, Arkansas, Missouri, and South Carolina rank towards the bottom due to fewer years as members.

Rankings are through 2018 season.

1. Alabama....428-128-61 (.718)
2. Georgia....340-213-14 (.612)
3. Tennessee..336-214-20 (.607)
4. LSU........324-229-22 (.583)
5. Florida....321-225-15 (.586)
6. Auburn.....317-254-19 (.553)
7. Ole Miss...264-292-15 (.475)
8. Miss.St....202-358-13 (.364)
9. Kentucky...172-383-12 (.314)
10. Vanderbilt.138-419-18 (.256)
11. SCarolina...94-121-1 (.438)
12. Arkansas....90-124-2 (.421)
13. Texas A&M...30-26-0 (.536)
14. Missouri....27-29-0 (.482)

So this is win-loss records of conference games only?

Fun thought: predict the year that the non-charter members surpass Vanderbilt in wins.

USCe: 2036
Ark: 2037
Mizzou: 2052
Aggy: 2061

Good lord Arkansas. A worse record than USCe? That's hard to accomplish.

Big 6 exactly where it should be.

It’s not just a ‘tradition’ thing. These are your heavy hitters in the country’s heaviest hitting conference.

It’s a win-loss thing too. So there is validity to the big 6 moniker.

Certainly not a Hogs supporter, but playing in the West is a bitch.

And to think it only cost you 5 years and roughly $30,000,000.

Well that and the fact that no school outside of those 6 has won the conference since Kennedy was President

Out of the Lil8, miss state had the best chance against Tennessee.

Also noteworthy is Arky for getting there three times. And Missouri for getting there twice.

Even with Tennessee’s two decades of frickery, they’re still #3?

That’s pretty impressive. All of you need to bow down to the TSIO.

Not to hijack this thread, just a quick question ...
why do so many LSU fans like to hide behind another team's moniker ?

Bama has a lot of ties. Must be all the super shitty kickers . Tennessee has really been on a slide . They are the program I’d bet against in the next 10 years. And Jesus Arkansas, you suck.
