Also. Most of these teams lost nearly half their bowls. Suggesting that they were overrated. Feels good to be a Rebel

Most of those teams were also in higher tier bowls and playing tougher competition. But you wouldn't know about that, being a Rebel and such.

When a large percentage of your bowls are lower tier bowls it is easier to win them, hence the higher win percentage for the Mississippi schools.

Is there anything to learn from this data?

Non-members of the Big 6 play in some pretty crappy bowls.

Ironically a majority of our bowl wins were probably against SEC teams

We tend to beat up on the Big12. Of our 23 bowl wins, 19 have been against teams currently in Power 5 conferences:

9-3 against Big12
5-2 against SEC (including 2 Sugars against pre-SEC Arky)
4-1 against ACC
1-1 against Big10

You're okay that he didn't get some records right, but won't take him seriously because he screwed up the math?

Half of our bowl wins are against SEC teams, so that is throwing off the conference's % a tiny bit as well.
