Actually, I'm friends with a lot of them and most of the LSU team, like the fans, wish they could just end the season now and be "awarded" the BCS trophy. Most of them don't think they'll be able to beat them unless Bama plays poorly again. One of your d-linemen said, "We were lucky they didn't score more. Their O-line is STRONG and Richardson is a Mack truck!" A prominent LSU WR told me, "That's the best secondary in the country. We couldn't get any separation in the first game and I doubt they've gotten worse." TM7 was the most surprising when he said, "Their slowest receiver burned me all night. He runs great routes. If their QB had been more aggressive, they would have had some big plays in the passing game." They also pointed to several untimely penalties by Bama once they got around the 30 yard line and said they didn't think they'd be lucky enough for Bama to do that in the next game. I tried to pump them up, but overall they seemed pretty disillusioned.

Gawddamned shame the Tawd is so much bettern LSwhoo and lossed the last 2 games they played um.
They gotta stop beatin themself so much.

You would think they beat LSU listening to their fans.

They've been talking about "restoring order". This constitutes a high level of doucebaggery and braggadocio.

Wait, I thought that LSU fans were all "scared."

Funny thing, I went to an LSU - Bama game later that same year. Heard something about LSU has about as much chance of winning as pigs have of flying. How did that game go again?

Bama fans trying to call other fans cocky is like a Jerry Springer audience calling others redneck trash.

Over confidence. Reminds me of Miami 1992

Two big differences
1- Bama won the SEC West and SEC CG
2- Miami had not played Bama and beat them in Bama before the Sugar Bowl.

You're right. The arrogance of the Bama players claiming to restore order. I'm sure Gene Stalling didn't put up with that shite.

YOUR arrogant MIAMI_ESQUE TEAM IS ABOUT TO GET AN arse STOMPIN' NEW ORLEANS STYLE!!!

arse-WHOOPIN ON THE HALF SHELL, BETTER BE READY TO SUCK IT UP.

THAT FAT BARRET JONES IS ABOUT TO ENGULF A SAM BAM PO BOY.

You were scared in 1993 because Miami was a tough team and they were arrogant.

You're scared now because your arrogance is about the be exposed on national TV for the 2nd time this season.
