Just curious which team you feel has suffered more with Alabama’s run of success. I think it’s cost UGA 2 possibly 3 nc’s

It’s easily Auburn. Auburn has changed coaches multiple times trying to compete with Bama and still gets 5 loss seasons.

LSU and UGA - definitely cost them both 1-2 national titles each

Ironically the team that has benefited the most is Auburn. We haven't really "cost" them anything (outside of head to head games, obviously), and they kind of jumped up and decided that winning 9-10 games wasn't good enough anymore when Saban arrived.

It's a chicken and the egg argument. IMO ya'll probably would still be ok with Richt if Saban hadn't had the success he had in the last decade.

Not even close. Auburn went to 2 national title games and won 1 during the Saban era. None of our title teams prevented them from winning a title, either.

Auburn won a National Title, 2 SEC Titles and the West 3 times in the Saban era.

Yep - Auburn has probably had more chaos because of it, but it definitely hasn't prevented them from achieving highs.

Yeah. Clemson is what has hurt AU. Bama and AU haven't always recruited the same areas. Dabo has raided AU's recruiting grounds.

Remember this ALWAYS:

Nick Saban has NEVER beaten an Auburn team that has at least 9 wins. Period.

O-fer against Tubs and Gus with 9+ win Auburn teams.

Don't agree, Auburn has had one of their best historical runs under Saban's SEC rule. Auburns 2 national title appearances and 3 SEC title game appearances, was an awesome run for Auburn. Even cost Bama a chance at the national title in 2013 also. Bama success motivates Auburn's program and this has happened in the past also. Any healthy rivalry will do that!

I'd say LSU program been hurt the most by Bama's success, LSU has been neutered and their souls ripped from their bodies....

Georgia is now playing for titles and they're doing just fine. I think LSU would've loved Georgia success these last few years...

Hard to say.
Alabama cost UGA a national title in 2012 (they would have stomped ND just as easily as Bama did) and in 2017 (duh). In 2018 we cost them a shot at the title. Not sure who wins in a Clemson vs UGA final. I think if UGA had won, they'd have jumped in at #3, with OU #4 and UGA would have had ND in the first round.

Alabama cost LSU a title in 2011, not sure what other seasons LSU would have won anything without Bama. A couple of shots in the SECCG though, I'm sure.

Auburn has been more mental. They are desperate to keep with Alabama, so they keep getting into astronomically BAD contracts with coaches. All because they pull off the occasional upset over Bama.

He’s 8-4 against Auburn at Alabama, so I guess you guys need to win nine games more often.

Also, four of those years, you guys would have had nine wins if you had defeated Alabama. So kind of a stupid thing to be proud of.

Yep, if anything Saban spurred AU to pull up their boot straps and get shite done. No more mediocre results are accepted from the AU fan base.

What about to Tennessee? Their path straight to the shitter seems to coincide with Alabama’s run
