I am pretty anxious to see how the WR talent we have waiting in the wings is going to be. Will be exciting. I think we are good at RB and QB, so those losses wont hurt too bad.

i wanted a 10 win season... didn't wanna see Auburn get to the seccg, but in the end... i think i'm totally good with this season. auburn cheated... because they knew they had to to keep up with Bama... which kicks fricking arse ONLY because they're gonna get toasted in the end.
i didn't expect to see this many areas of team to need dramatic improvement after last year.
that being said, perhaps a LOT of our problems are due to individual expectations on the team. i believe last year we were a lot more humble and didn't think that we were just gonna win every game. it just happened, and we kept following that vibe.
meh, i JUST got lazy.. like BOOM, lazy. don't wanna finish a personal analysis of our team right now. we're good... better than the overall national perception of our team i'd imagine. i'm ok with this year for sure.

I agree and 10-2 on the regular season is not bad for a young team. We should be the leaders in the SEC West next year.

That the season is a disappointment to Bama fans should be clear as it was certainly possible for them to repeat. However, to replace almost the entire defense and deal with losing their best O-lineman made me think 10-2.
And I still think they go 10-2.

Not what I was hoping for, but obviously a good year nonetheless. Undefeated seasons are very rare in the SEC. A two loss year is nothing to sneeze at.

I predicted a 10-2 regular season. Not sure if it will happen, but it's around my expectations. I'm happy.

10-2 is a hell of alot better than 2-10.

I said before the season I thought we could go 11-1, probably 10-2. Also said we'd have a chance at 12-0 and worst case 9-3. I think we've had a good season to this point. Thought the 2 would be Florida and Lsu at this point, not SC, but they've proven to be good. I think we've got a good shot at 10 wins regular season and 11 with the bowl game still.

Its completley possible that Alabama 09/10/11 could be a mirror of Florida 06/07/08 two NC's with a decent year in the middle. The D will mature and depending on the loss of some of the Juniors the O could be very good. If I remember many of the players at Florida decided to come back for 09 for just a chance to repeat? Bama's only real negative is the starting QB will be very limited in game experience but does have tremendous potentioal. I just hope after 2011 we don't sux like Florida

Although Tebow was the heart and soul of both of those teams... and bama goes to Florida and PSU next year

Winning it all with a brand new QB (like GMac did) is very rare. I'm not holding my breath and waiting for McCarron to do it too.
