Easy pick. Ohio State is better at:
- QB
- RB
- WR
- TE
- DL
- LB
- CB
- S
Ohio State: 48
A1abana: 31

I think both teams are pretty much even, I give the coaching edge to tOSU. Like most game turnover here and there will cost one of these teams the game.
Pick Bama
Root for tOSU

That's almost as many positions as you had picked for wins for L1U this year. Impressively retarded.

What?
Alabama's offensive line is light years better than Ohio State's.
I guess you are a dumbass after all.
We’ll find out. Won’t we?
Personally I think they are similar units with OSU’s being a bit bigger and more run block focused

It really isn’t and Ohio State’s offensive line depth is probably better.
I think OSU has a good unit but every possible sources says Alabama’s is better by about 4-6 slots.
We have a great OL, even better as pass pro. If your DL
Is that good, we will see it.

Really?
From left to right Bama is 315, 350, 315, 325, 360. How much bigger is their OL?

Why do you idiots respond to this troll, he contributes nothing and yet you give all the respect, some bama fans amaze me with their stupidity

I mean OSUs line is:
#1 tackle
#1 guard
#2 guard at center
#2 center at guard
4* three year starter at LT.
I fully respect the hell out of Bamas line but OSU has a top 2 guy at 4/5 spots and 4/5 are upperclassmen as well

Still think if ohio st can run the ball like they did the last few games it will be close. Still got bama by 7-10. Waddle may make it 14

Clemson and Notre Dame had a much easier schedule. ACC has been the worst power 5 for a long time and the bowl season reinforced just how bad they are. I'd consider putting the Sun Belt over them.

Clemson could not protect Sunshine, their tackles were getting manhandled. Bama's OT's won't get manhandled and if Mac has time, someone will get open.
If Waddle plays and is anything close to OK, you have to pay attention to him, so you can't rotate your coverage to Smith, nor load the box. Which means Najee Harris.
Bama's DL is not great but it is competent. And deep. Better than Clemson. If someone like Barmore slips a block and gets a shot at Fields, we will find out about those ribs.

Ohio State doesn’t load the box.

No... no it isn’t.

My guess is that Fields’ ribs are going to be not much better if not a bit worse because he’s not playing on adrenaline and guts this time...he’s coming in cold. Rib injuries are always slow healing. I bruised mine on the left side a couple years ago and it felt like I lived with the pain forever. Of course, they’ll probably have him high enough to not feel it w/ pain killers for the most part.
So my prediction is OSU leans heavy on the run game with Sermon and Teague and tries to limit the exposure on Fields. Alabama has been sorta mediocre by their standards against the run, so it wouldn’t surprised me if the Buckeyes could be very successful running it from what I’ve seen of them.
Alabama’s goal on defense should be to get them in obvious passing situations and try to put hits on Fields. Anything legal and not unnecessary should be applied through the echo of the whistle. If you can put your weight in him in a way that isn’t unsportsmanlike then go for it. After the last two years of defenders diving at Tua’s “lower extremities” for no damn reason when they could’ve easily tackled him in his body, I don’t really have any sympathy. You put a QB playing injured or at less than 100% out there then you just gotta live with it if your OL lets somebody touch em.
I don’t really have a great strategy for Alabama. They struggled with hurry up and formation multiples and motions...all I expect from OSU. Northwestern and Indiana play a lot of zone defense but Alabama doesn’t play a ton of true zone defense.
Ohio State will get torched by Alabama’s O even without Waddle if they can get their down 4 blocked. They basically just play C1 or C3 w/ a middle of the field safety every play. It is all on their down four for pressure excepting for their occasional blitzes to keep you honest. If Alabama gets them blocked better than Clemson did then it is not unreasonable that Mac Jones has an absolutely massive game. Remember, Lawrence threw for 400 w/ no run game and subpar protection. You can gash them in the air if their DL doesn’t get home.
