How about 9 minutes into a Saturday night game?

So 1 section in the end means probably about 12-13,000 there (2-3K empty seats, at most).

Reason #3,876 we need a new 12,500 seat arena to replace our shitty old arena that seats 15.5K .

FIW I'm not trying to say Alabama doesn't support their program well, because they do. But don't act like there 15,000 fans at every SEC game.

I get it. I can't remember the last bama hoops game I watched... mostly, I don't want them embarrassing us over and over. If they get competitive, cool. I may watch games from time to time... but I don't have the room in my life to live/die by another sports team winning and losing. So I will probably never get into it regardless. Football is enough drama.

But it would be nice if we didn't ALWAYS finish short in basketball.

Meh.

I wouldn't care either way. When we made it to the Elite Eight back in '02-'03 I was very much indifferent. I tuned in towards the end of the game to see what the score was. That's about the extent of my basketball watching. I went to a few games when I was a student there, but I mainly attended to talk to friends who I didn't see much during the week.
