Doesn't Georgia have an automatic state sponsored scholarship based upon high school GPA? Doesn't Florida as well?

That creates a thick crowd of applicants and makes it harder to get into.

You're not that special.

Yea but we don't spit on opposing fans in the stadium.

Right

You just poison their trees
Or tea bag them
Or jumps on them from 3 rows up

I can keep going.

Ladies and gentlemen, we are witnessing a modern-day miracle -- an Alabama fan defending Auburn.

Next thing you know, they'll be importing toilets for human use into Tuscaloosa.

Yes, they do. Why hasn't your state smarten up and done the same thing? Georgia & Florida both rank among the top 13 public academic institutions in the nation. Both are currently aiming to be among the top 5.

Why doesn't the state of Alabama get wise and do something similar to what Georgia and Florida have done? Hmmm?

And SCar's academics have also improved...their International Business School is one of the best in the country.

Bama has 53% acceptance rate.

Auburn is 83%. I didn’t look at any others.

Everyone with a GED applies to Bama to party, no wonder it is 50%. What are the test scores of those not accepted? That is a truer indicator of how select a school is.

Ole Miss is actually the easiest school to get into.

It is this, and it isn't close.

Bama is usually around ~50-53% acceptance rates with 38k+ applicants with avg 27 ACT.

UM is closer to 80% acceptance with ~17 to 18k applicants with avg 25 ACT.

Even with the high acceptance rate, UM missed its enrollment #s in 2018. If they are breathing, have the min. Grade or waiver eligible, and can pay... ole miss is taking them (breathing optional). Projections for 2019 were ~85% acceptance.

That's true...acceptance rate can be misleading. The average GPA's of those accepted, SAT scores, etc., are better barometers of how competitive a school is.

Alabama is obviously easier to get into than UGA and AU.

That doesn't dismiss the fact that Alabama produces better people. Like me.
