They lost some of the best shooters the school had ever seen. And when they were not doing that, they could play pretty good basketball also.

Don’t forget, they also lost all three assistant coaches as well.
And one of the reasons we’re so terrible at defense is because we lost our big. Which is why we usually have to score so many points to win.

That's why Nate Oats just got another extension and raise. The guy is a basketball coach. And he gets ALABAMA. Greg Byrnes ain't bad himself.
With NIL and the Portal Potty being the next great thing it is perfect timing to have Coach Oats and Coach DeBoer to lead into the new frontier. Younger guys with a temperament to embrace the future, come what may.

Sears is the type of guard who gives you a chance in any close game.
