You told me not to post any stats and then proceeded to misquote a stat and then add in another stat.

Alabama was 18th in QB Rating against nationally - 6th amongst P5 teams - 1st in the SEC.

I literally just told you what it was.

It was QBR when a tight end is targeted.

Would imagine he would come back, hasn't really had a chance to play. Unless he just gives up on football

This just tells me there are at least 17 better CBs than Surtain

I don't believe in CF stats because of the difference in schedules. At least this year the stats are not water down by OOC Games, but they are still crap as far as I am concerned. My opinion was based on what I saw most of the year, even then Covid water down the competition.

And yet, after all that, you posted stats? They were stats you liked, though, so I guess it makes sense.

A lot. It should be much improved.

Only lose Surtain in the secondary. Only loses Moses at LB (and there's an off chance he comes back). Only lose Barmore in the DEEP DL rotation.

Plus all the guys we're adding like Koolaid and Dallas Turner. The 2021 defense, on paper, should be the best Bama defense since 2016. Should.

Probably had something to do with this

Pass attempts against
1. Alabama - 468
2. Memphis - 428
3. NC State - 421
4. Texas St - 413

Remember that whole one dimensional thing you noted as some reason we'd be bad next year? Yea, that leads to teams throwing the ball against you more, which leads to more aggregate stats.

But let me know if we're back on or off stats mattering again, you can't seem to decide.

Which sets up INTs, and sacks, especially if you know what is coming. It is a Defensive players dream. Since most SEC QBs sucked this year, you can really pad the stats.

So which stats do you want to use here man?

I think Alabama is going to be a pretty solid defense next year. You do not. We could have avoided your whiplash on the usage of stats all together and still gotten to the same end point.
