It’s well known that Alabama can not come close to anything resembling success without Louisiana.

Can you take your PMSing to one of the troll threads?

Quite a bit now that Allen is back. Lose Surtain, Moses and Barmore. Ray too, but he didn't play much with all his injuries. Jobe the only one still up in the air.

Gonna be a salty group.

I really thought that Bama's D was average at best. Please do not post stats showing why you think otherwise, but I did see where their defense QBR was like 125th in the country. That is the main reason I laugh when people say this was the best team in the history of Alabama. I didn't think this D was even in the top 5 of Saban's tenure.

I'm shocked

The next positive opinion you share here about a current Alabama team or player will be the first

Not sure why.

think it'll come down to our cornerbacks. If Jobe comes back, then we just need to fill one spot. But if Jobe leaves, and we have to fill both starting CB spots, then that gets really dicey. Good news is that our safeties and the star/nickel should be much improved from this year, and our edge pass rush will be lethal, so hopefully those can mask any lag we have at CB.

I wouldn’t call it dicey. Banks and Jackson would start if Jobe leaves. That’s a pretty experienced and talented duo. Kool-Aid could challenge for a starting spot too

Incorrect. You’re crying because people are responding to your low IQ fanbase attempts at trolling.

Now stomp your feet some more because posters dare respond.

Do you disagree with my assessment ? Step back an look at the games, Bama would get up big and it forced teams to be one dimensional, and they still couldn't slow down some teams. This was against some average OBs also. I do not blame the DBs as much as the DL.

I think our defense improved throughout the year and was a solid, but not elite group by year end.

And I think that with most of the unit back and a year older we should be a very good unit next year with elite pass rushers and solid, experienced players up the middle at ILB/S with massive amounts of young talent able to play situational downs and make impacts in unique ways.

I like the defensive depth chart for 2021.

I literally responded to a poster that attempted to troll LSU by saying he was a Louisiana kid.

Is that relevant to the conversation, dear?

I'm hearing (no link yet) that Mac Jones maybe coming back (I honestly would be shocked if he did). Plus a senior or two who stand to get a better draft chance if they do come back.

I hope he does but I don't see it happening. Just heard from some folks who may know.
