I'll say this: as of TODAY, I'm OK with Alabama at #1. But their reasoning is all flawed.

But you can't call UF overrated because they lost defensive players and not say the same thing about Alabama when they lost JUST AS MANY IF NOT MORE important players on defense.

If you want to say UF won't be as good because of tebow being gone and young WR, fine. Do that.

But if you're going to call out UF because of defense, you have to call out Alabama as well.

Not sure what his motivation for predictions. I mean he is a gump so therefore he does not even have normal brain function.

Florida lost some key players on offense and defense
Alabama lost some key players on defense

Defense is easier to replace and Saban has a reputation has a defensive genius. While Alabama should slump a bit on defense their offense should improve as McElroy is more comfortable starting.

Therefore Alabama gets the benefit of the doubt as to not having the drop off that Florida would.

Alabama lost 8 or 9 starters on defense after Saban's first year, they even better the next year.

I didn't call anyone out. You can call Alabama's D out. I made a prediction on what they will do. If you're so sure they will fail, you should challenge said prediction. I think UF will have a hell of a team (again), but I'm not worried about our D.

It's not really all that complicated. You're the one calling UA overrated. You shouldn't have a problem saying where UA and/or Dareus will fail. All I asked was for you to make a prediction other than meaningless flames. Make a prediction and look like a genius if you're proven correct. After 6 attempts to get you to state actual numbers it's obvious you're fearful. Like Colin Cowherd says: You don't hate Alabama. You respect Alabama. You fear Alabama.

*Note that I'm not talking to anyone else, just the coward that has been stuttering over a prediction for 45 minutes.

Holy hell you are one of the more delusional gumps out there. Predictions really mean that much to you don't they? Do you get some sense of self worth based on what percentage of predictions you get right?
Why would I be fearful of Alabama exactly? Are they coming at me with pitch forks and moonshine? What exactly is there to be fearful over? I think you take this a little too serious and you may need to seek professional help. Anyone who takes football serious enough that they get upset on a message board needs seek medical care for their own inequities. To tie ones own self worth into a college football team is beyond pathetic.
So if you want my prediction, I think you will allow the season to dictate the mood you are in.
