For a long time Bart Starr, Joe Namath, Ken Stabler and Richard Todd were the last of the Alabama quarterbacks starting in the NFL. The last Bama QB to start for the NFL was Richard Todd for the Jets in in the early 1980's.

Richard Todd on Tua Tagovailoa ending Alabama’s QB draft drought: ‘I can’t believe it took so long’

And now....

No he wasn’t. Brodie Croyle started multiple games for the Kansas City Chiefs. Greg McElroy started for the Jets briefly. As did AJ McCarron for the Bengals.

Those were due to injury though.

Because he started two seasons at Alabama. Played three total and graduated from Alabama.

I thought Brodie Croyle started at least a handful of games. And didn't McCarron too at some point after Dalton got hurt?

Dictating another man's masturbation schedule is risky business, but I respect the move.

I just looked at their roster. He started by default after trading away Green since they all had was him and Huard who was injured every other week. That’s a really bad QB room during that time.
