What a lot of people miss about that game was that Greg Mc Elroy was playing hurt. He had injured ribs suffered vs Auburn and had a really hard time throwing

Bama had Julio.Jones at WR.Julio Freaking Jones was pretty much reduced to a glorified blocking tight end.because of Mc Elroys injury.

I don't want to hear anything about Colt Mc Coy. Bama's offense was seriously limited.

It doesn’t matter, it’s part of the game. Bama won and they lost.

If we admit that you should have been in the playoffs, can you admit that if colt wouldn't have gotten hurt Texas would have won that natty? DEAL??

2009 buddy …. 2009….

You must be thinking your team isn’t going to win it this year either.

Personally, I half think he pussed out after getting hit.

If you really believe this then you have no idea what kind of competitor Colt is. You think he's scared of Bama's D-line after facing Suh at Nebby?

He could move his arm but had zero feeling in it and didn't get it fully back until days after the game iirc. When you can't feel what you're doing that means zero touch on the ball. He knew throwing ducks all over the field would have been a liability and that's why he didn't come back in.

I can't judge the man's heart, so I don't generally say much. But watching the replay and his reactions to things just seems off. As I said, it could be 100% legit injury, I don't know. He didn't play the rest of the game either way.
