Beast

Glad Saban’s coaching is finally allowing him to become the best he can be.

Ricks made this first start of his Alabama career against the Bulldogs, helping Alabama limit State quarterback Will Rogers to 231 yards and zero touchdowns on 60 pass attempts.

He registered two tackles and four pass breakups.

Ricks was targeted 10 times and only allowed one reception for a 19-yard gain.

Yes, please put him 1 on 1 man coverage versus boutte. I hear he’s at his best in man coverage.

Not only that but Jermaine Burton was named Employee of the Month at the National Domestic Violence Hotline.

He was making great reads on the throws. It looked like he really did his homework on MSU.

From what I have heard, he was having some shoulder issues. I could be wrong, but that's what I heard.

Boutte has been moving around between the outside and slot, mainly being in the slot this year. Unless Alabama has Ricks on Boutte regardless of where he is on the field, doubt we'll see that matchup. I think you'll more likely see him covering Jenkins or Thomas

I don't believe you're allowed on the field when you've been injured, can't practice well, and don't yet understand the schemes.

If he'd come in earlier when he wasn't ready, what type of coaching would that be?

Remind me, who was Saban coaching Tennessee week and how many Chuck Bednarik players of the week were the fruits of his labor?

He's apparently been having shoulder issues since high school according to his mother. His shoulder is why he missed time with LSU last year, and that was what his mother said when people were giving him shite for not playing.

Are we talking LSU’s Tennessee week, when they were run off the field in their own stadium, or Alabama’s Tennessee week?

It’s hard to tell.

Saban lowered his stock from first round to likely 3rd round pick
Congrats!
