Lmao...so you maroons just decided to eat the cost of this billboard to make it appear that you were doing a solid by asking for Red Cross donations? Where in your tiny brains did it seem like a good idea to insult LSU fans while asking for money? Comical.

They didn’t eat the cost of the billboard. They “raised money for the Red Cross” by having a fund raiser for a billboard that costs over 2k and they raised 2400, but not for a bill board! It was for “the Red Cross”.

Can’t even read it while driving...it’s only up for 8 seconds at a time and you have to be right by it to even begin to read the words. yikes

Is there not one Graphic designer in that state? This is so terribly layed out. Hurts my eyes. This is a bill board! Not assembly directions for an IKEA cabinet. Get a clean type face Forest.

In all honesty, your messaging was terrible. I’m sending it over to the marketing department as an example of poor execution.
Boiled down to its essence, it’s “you suck so give me some money.” In what world does that work?
Only a very narrow audience will even get it, and your message is FAR too long and complex for a billboard.
You also come off as mean spirited. People don’t like taunting unless it’s clever. It just makes you look like an ahole.
Finally, and perhaps more importantly, did you even check with the Red Cross before you plastered their name on a billboard? I doubt they are happy about you degrading their fundraising image in an otherwise generous town. Think I’ll check with them about that.
