I'm actually pretty stoked about this as well. Yeah, im freakin ecstatic about all those other things you mentioned, and maybe saying that it was the BEST thing to come out of today was a little overzealous, but im pretty happy that I dont have to listen to Andy from Columbus Ohio call in Paul every frickin day bitching about oversigning because his conference is so elite and is above such activities.
The whole argument is getting old as frick. There are no rules against it yet it seems to be the major gripe that everyone has against the SEC and Alamaba especially even though AU averages more oversigns per year than we do over the last 5 or 6 years (saw a graphic and dont remember how many years it spanned exactly).
This year we get to go 365 whole days without hearing a single fact based argument about it towards alabama.

Their oversigning spans twelve years. All the way back to the day Tubs stepped on campus and almost immediately stripped six players of their scholarships.
No school has ever signed more players over the NCAA limit than AU since those were first introduced.

do we have a time tomorrow when this CK madness will be over?

Anyone notice that we have signed less and less people with CNS at the helm.
32, 28, 26, and this year is 21.
It's pretty outstanding that Alabama has had a top 5 class for the past 4 years. Our depth is pretty stout.

I'm excited to see what Vinnie Sunseri does in Crimson.

Is he going to play safety?

That's what I'm hoping. He reminds me of a Cory Reamer, Eryk Anders-type. Someone who doesn't get alot of credit, but is a solid player, makes his assignments and makes everyone around him better.

He is more talented than either of those guys. If Vinnie was 2 inches taller he probably would have been a 4*. The only real knock on him is that he is kinda small.

I can agree with that. I just think he's gotten overlooked in a class full of 4* and 5* players, but I think he will be one of the biggest surprises in this class. I mean he won Mr. Football in TWO states back to back years. Pretty dang good.

Sunseri is one of those guys Bear Bryant would have loved. He's too short, too light and too slow, but before he leaves the University of Alabama, he will earn a place here. A permanent one.

Sunseri will start at LB.
You mean START at LB, or start out playing LB? The dude is going to have to grow a LOT if he wants to be a starting LB for Bama. I think he moves to safety.

Sunseri is gonna be a guy that all the Crimson Nation will love to watch play. He knows how to play the game and is always around the ball.

Exactly what I'm saying. His comments in his interview "If I'm needed at LB, Ill be the best LB I can be. If I'm needed at Special Teams, Ill be the best Special Teams player I can be...etc." Love it.

I was right about South Carolina and Auburn beating us last year, and I picked it before the season started. (LSU shouldn't have beat us). I'll be right about this too. Sunseri will be remembered like Johnny Musso, or Biscuit. You'll see.
