Why do you act like Alabama didn’t beat 6-6 Auburn by 3, 4-8 Arkansas by 3, and 6-6 USF 17-3?
They also had a lot of other slow starts needing dominant second halves to pull through
It’s not like they were a complete crisp team this year. The rest of the SEC was just too weak to take advantage of it. I’d take Texas over them right now too.

because if all the wagers are on alabama the bookies are not taking a big haircut and alabama will not be allowed to win even if they outplay michigan. these big games are dangerous. If the betting is 50/50 then you can take your choice and may the best team win.
