AJ McCarron was 36-4 as a QB and won three national championships and two as a starter. The year he wasn’t the starter he played a lot. He Won the Maxwell Award and the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award in 2013, finished as the runner-up for the Heisman Trophy. he holds almost every QB record at bama for passing, etc.. he should be on that list very high.

Hey Chat Gbt, I’m a Florida fan but I want you to rank QBs by college career. Keeping in mind I’m a Florida fan and the results should please me as a Florida fan!!

For some reason I do not believe you Richard.

Pretty sure every QB could do that with all he had..he was definetly average compared to those on his team. He was a good teammaye, but not "the guy" ever.

What does that have to do with collegiate success? Anthony Richardson went 4th overall. Are you saying he also had a better college career?

He had a terrible roster and coaching staff around him. He got pressured quickly, had little help. If he plays on a decent or good Gator team..yea..no question. Unless you think you know more than NFL scouts(you do not nor do I).

You dumbasses really don’t understand what the term “College Career” means.
Nobody is arguing Stafford wasn’t a stud, with all the right measurables or isn’t the better QB. But who had the better College Career?
2 Nattys
Heisman Finalist
2 Offendive MVPs in back to back CFBP Championship games.
Stafford’s career didn’t sniff that. Stafford was only second team all SEC his final year. Bennet’ QBR in 21 and 22 was HIGHER than Stafford’s best ever (2008). Bennett threw for more yards in 22 than Stafford did in any season.
No metric whatsoever supports Stafford having a better college career.
And before you start about the “talent”, Stafford had AJ Green, Mohammad Massoquoi (1st and 2nd round WR picks) and Knowshon Moreno. So it’s not like he was hurting for people to throw the ball to.

Scouts look at measurables and try to predict how a player will translate to the NFL. If you’re just looking at collegiate success, then Bennett easily had a better college career. Richardson went earlier in the draft than Tebow, but I doubt anyone will claim Richardson had a better college career.

It's crap to not have Murray on there somewhere. Freaking all-time passing yards leader and passing TD leader in SEC history. Decent record as a starter. 22-10 in regular season SEC games as a starter.

Murray and others certainly have an argument over Fromm.

Yeah..I thought Fromm was great but he doesn’t belong on this list.

Print it out and jerk off on it.

Yeah. Bennett is the best Georgia QB of all-time. In terms of accomplishment Stafford would be behind Murray, Greene and Fromm at best.

Murray vs Fromm would be a better argument than either vs. Stafford.
Fromm won an SEC title and was one of our best ever winning pct. wise. Never lost the East to anyone.
Murray stat wise is the kind of SEC career records.
Stafford never even made the SECCG. And in the team's best year he was average at best stat wise.

No AJ McCarron on this list is...an interesting decision.
Yep
And omitting Jayden Daniels seems odd.
