Exactly, losing to a team that lost to Florida and we fall 3 spots
You can’t expect the playoff committee to not punish Aggie for losing to a 3 loss team that will finish the season ranked in the 20’s

A&M is a paper tiger. If they played Georgias, Vanderbilt , Texas, Bama, schedule they would be OUT

When he actually did hold, our OL was well coached enough to keep his hands down where the ref couldn't see them.

3 Road wins against ND, Missouri, and LSU are our best stat. No one else won in South Bend and Missou and LSU both only had close losses to Bama and OU at home while A&M won both games by 3 scores. Texas was also undefeated at home but we came up short.
Fortunately we will have Moss back for the Playoffs and Craver should be healthy as well. We will see.

Your conference opponent record ended up being 18-46 and you lost to the one SEC team you played with a .500+ record.
You started the year with 3 straight home SEC games, played 4 SEC teams that fired their coaches, and another with a backup QB. Your schedule is laughable.

You played what may historically be the worst schedule in SEC conference play history.
You played 7 of the worst 8 teams in the SEC and lost to the only team in the top 8 you played by double digits. Not a single win against a team in the SEC with a winning conference record.
Not only that, you struggled against most of those bottom teams.
If anything, A&M is over ranked.

You eked out wins over the 13th (Auburn 16-10), 15th (SC 31-30) and 16th (Arkansas 45-42) ranked SEC teams and got horse whipped by Texas. Be thankful 1) you are even in the CFP and 2) you get a home game.
Two teams with one conference win each and one with zero.
This coming from a perennial 8&4 program. And three plays away this year from being...8&4.

You left out the part about how some of those teams fired their coaches because we humiliated them. You also left out the part where we played 3 straight road games which is ridiculous to ever happen in the SEC. Our SOS was 15 in the country, basically middle of the pack in the SEC this year.

What’s really funny is how many Aggie fans think because you got an easy sec schedule that you are indeed one of the best teams in the country …. Your a good team but if you played any schedule that any other top sec teams you would have atleast 1-2 more losses. I think you’re a good fringe playoff team . Nothing wrong with that but you are not a top 5 team .

I think its obviously when you lost that matters. If you had lost to a higher ranked Texas in September and finished on a 8-9 game win streak, you are top 5.
