Well, if true, that is a breach of Woodward's fiduciary duty to his then-employer, Texas A&M University. The damages for which is $75 Million.
You can add that to the $3.8 Million you owe us from pussing out of our home and home. Had you paid it back when you breached the contract, pre- and post-judgment interest would not be in the millions.
But, again. NEVER hire LSU grads. They are either wholly incompetent or criminally unethical.
