Here’s a guy (blue falcon) who posts “they’re broke.” Now truly does he believe this? Does he think the school is broke? The 12th Man Foundation? The athletic department? The multitudes of big boosters? Who is broke? This is not based on reality but it’s parroted by posters here as some sort of weird insult. It’s preposterous and laughable but then he does say he’s from Shreveport. I have many lsu alumni friends. They are just as embarrassed of their trash sidewalk/t shirt fans as they should be.

But we weren't going to give another "Woodward Special" - 100 million guaranteed like Woodward gave to Jimbo and Kelly. And that's what it would have taken to get Day.

Neither of those guys got $100 mil from Woodward.

Looking ahead after three seasons, I wonder how many wins Elko will have versus what Fisher would have had in the same time frame.

Well, Jimbo had a habit of going 8-4 with a couple of outliers, so your question becomes about Elko:

O/U number of wins in 3 years with the line being at 24.

I like how Stoops changed the narrative about him making excuses and asking fans to fund the NIL better to him being loyal and staying. I am kinda surprised A%M didn't at least get Fisch but Elko could turn out well for them.

Bad timing and being turned down. The boosters were ready to spend like drunker sailors

This thread is so typical for this site. A couple of educated, level headed, honest Aggie answers to questions and even more poo flinging and blind hatred of all things Aggy by simpletons. It’ll never change.

Maybe your midget asses shouldn't have flung so much shite when you first arrived. You had your little chicken hawk chests out like you were Farmer GI Joe.

And you ended up sucking a proverbial cock.

Fack outta here with your common sense reasoning now.

Good luck with your defensive coach that you fired your old coach for not fixing the offense.

Elko also values schools with high academic standards, so A&M was a great fit

Will all depend on the OC, in my opinion.

Our defense was awesome under Elko. And it's stacked with better talent now than it was then. Defense will be great again under Elko.

Elko's OC hire will determine the offense. And if it's a good OC, I expect Elko will outstrip what we could have expected from Fisher by a good margin.

You didn't just need to change coaches, bubba. You guys needed to change EVERYTHING about your program. From the culture to the history of mediocrity.

You chose the guy that knew you, coached you before and understands you. Meaning he won't be changing anything

Good luck!

No resentment at all.

Just don't start playing the victim or talking shite about a site that you are new to after you showed up and showed out.

Bunch of tacky asses.
