It's likely neither Rogers nor Renfro see the field next year if they stay.

In fact, Renfro didn't start until Blades got hurt.

If neither get drafted both have nothing to gain by going pro. Hop into the portal and hope you land somewhere you can see the field and maybe get drafted. If not, you weren't getting drafted anyway. Seems pointless.

XFL could be a fallback option as well.

Maybe cfl, too. Can't imagine either paycheck is better than a 9 to 5 with a college degree.

A&M bragged about beating a team once in 9 years. Who does that? Pathetic

The fact that Rogers has a painting dedicated to him in the coaches office at A&M proves that it must not be very hard to become a legend there...

After the Cotton Bowl in 2011, LSU had beaten A&M once in 21 years.

Considering there was a 16 year stretch in there where the teams didn’t play...

I know one thing, LSU would never brag about beating a team once in 9 years. Pathetic

STFU. It's called bragging rights for that one year. You missed the corndogs constantly referencing the last score? Rightfully so!

A&M has some talent at WR, so will be interested to see how this shakes out. We were greatly missing speed at the position this year.

-Next year we run numerous 2 TE sets with several monstrous TE's
-A. Smith at RB with Spiller unless Zach Evan comes. In that case he moves back to slot
-Speed at WR, with Demas, Wright, Preston, and Mohommed all competing for playing time.

But more exciting is turnover in the secondary - much more speed
- three good SR options at CB, and some younger talent to supplement
- Young and Richardson at safety

Oh, and best of all. An easier schedule to simplify the transition

It’s so weird that Lsu goes back to the 2010 Cotton Bowl when we were in the Big 12 to start counting the match up.

What in the hell has this dude done to think he gets drafted? Just because he is tall he may get a later round pick but he has practice squad written all over him.

Probably the same mindset as Ricky Seals-Jones.

Ricky Seals-Jones (2013-2016): 123 catches for 1,442 yards and 10 touchdowns

Kendrick Rogers (2017-2019): 68 catches for 786 yards and 7 touchdowns

You know Ausbon wonders how good his stats would be right now if he had stayed committed to LSU. He would have been great in our offense.
