For once, I agree with you.
This reeks of a butthurt Sooner making excuses.
The truth of the matter is that Texas high school kids are always somewhat overrated and this was a banner year for the Houston area in general.
Combine that with most of your competition for that region being "down," as well as Aggie having a good year in 2020 plus beating Bama in 2021, it was a perfect storm for this to happen.

It's all true. We smelled what the rats were doing relatively early, that's why we were able to adapt to pull in the recruiting class we did. They shouldn't have any advantages moving forward.
