After watching Michigan vs Western Michigan finish

College football is close to losing all credibility with that finish
Watching the play over and over the clock was 0 when the defender touched the ball
No way that game should have lasted one more play
Obviously, Michigan winning is more important to the system than doing the right thing

That might be the most egregious shitty call of this decade. The clock was obviously at zero when the receivers were jumping up to catch it. Then again a massive choke job by WMU on the next play.

1 second left when the WR touched that ball, the WR jumped from out of bounds

So the broadcast clock wasn't synced to the stadium's? The broadcast clock read zero when the receivers were jumping up to catch it. Anyway, a massive choke job by WMU.

The WR was not in bounds who touched it. Why does that not matter?
I just looked at it today so I was unaware the clocks weren’t synced.

Because Big 10 refs had the directive to get a W for UM.

The stadium clock was at 0 with the ball still in the air. This has been shown repeatedly. The above is simple pure gaslighting.

No, there wasn't.
Between NIL, the transfer portal, and shite like this college football is getting harder and harder to watch.

I’m not here to argue, just different videos up now on YouTube. Wasn’t watching that game. The odds of hitting a Hail Mary is already low. Michigan could probably not catch a Hail Mary again if there were granted 100 more times. Fluke to catch those.

Maybe because the clock already read zero and the ball was still 2 feet from the players hand.

As a Saints fan I feel sorry for no one when it comes to this stuff.

There was a game thread going for it here. When they called the review multiple were like, "they're about to put one second back on the clock and give Michigan a free play".

Yep, that's what I saw. Either the stadium's clock wasn't synced to the broadcast or there was some major frickery. frickery either way.

I think the overarching point is -
We don’t want to live in a college football world where there is a secret clock separate from the clock everyone sees.

I think we beat Auburn in basketball last year due to that.

Going off the non broadcast clock which allegedly outside officials say is a no go

In the video the Big10 released to "justify" their call you can't even see the damn ball touch his hands. It's pure horse shite. They fricked Western Michigan over plain and simple.

OMG this. There's enough frickery as it is.

I mean- I thought the Saints no-call on the PI was the worst officiating call of all-time when the stakes are considered.
Michigan is not going to sniff the CFP, even with that win.

Only Michigan gets away with shite like this. It’s insanity. I hope the Sooners just destroy them
