It's pretty simple; LSU lost nothing and gained immeasurable support from national media and fans; most intelligent and unbiased people saw right through the dictatorial crap Sankey tried.

I don’t think you understand what I’m saying.
In terms of getting pro players? Yes, we “lost”. But I don’t think one LSU fan gives a shite after seeing us play on Saturday.
In terms of us being the hottest topic in CFB with the most entertaining/hottest coach? We are on a level of winning that’s never been seen before.
We just stood up to the SEC and they have been left with a huge egg on their face. Recruits in towns across the country are shopping lsu.net for LSU merch right now. Every single news media outlet has talked non stop about us going on for weeks. We just had one of the biggest turn outs at our games in a long time. Our NIL is firing on all cylinders and we have one of if not the best coaching staffs in the country.
It’s like losing a game of checkers but winning 10 super bowls in a row in terms of the trajectory of our program.

Laugh all you want, but the SEC didn’t come out of this looking good. All Sankey had to do was drop the lawsuit when LSU didn’t roster the players (like they said they wouldn’t do), but he continued to act like a bitch. Not a good look.

Did you completely capitulate? Yes. You filled out your roster giving up the possibility of rostering two NFL contracted players that were enrolled at LSU and your coach recruited.
