They both suck and will have one thing in common at the end of this year. They will have both been fired from Auburn.

AU this year really wasn't much better than the team that went 3-9. Shoulda gotten beat by Jack State and Kentucky. Hell if Petrino doesn't blow that timeout Louisville would have taken them into OT despite the game being in ATL. A virtual home game

To be fair to Gus, he never had one of, if not THE, best college football player ever at the most important position on the field.
Take away Cam Newton and 2010 Auburn loses 3 games at least.

How about we predict the 2016 record.
2-10. His flop in year 4 will be even worse than Chiz's was.
Since his records in years 1-3 have already been worse his flop will be worse as well.

Malzahn had to deal with with not being there for a year of recruiting out of all those years combined. He needs at least 2 more years to make up for that single season. Besides.. is there a better guy at developing QB's? Yall need to stop with all the Gus bashing.

The SECrant need to tell Malzahn frick you for blowing an 18 point lead to end the SEC's 7 year NC streak.
In addition to giving UF's biggest rival their first NC in 14 years.

Honestly, their defense is going to be so bad it'll be laughable.
They had an average defense with a great DC last year, lost all of their productive players, and replaced their great DC with an atrocious DC.

This has little to do with production. It certainly doesn't necessarily mean that this year's starters won't be more productive and talented. Barring injury, this year's defense will be an improvement.
