He’s going the opposite direction of most places. Tennessee fans love their Vols, no doubt

Same capacity just bigger seats bc the fans all look like the coach.

Sure. But you’re not trying hard enough with McDonald’s bags.

Just creating a 120,000 cathedral to watch you go to the citrus bowl.

Enjoy that, chap.

I hesitate to ask, but where are they going to add significant seats? They just lost some a few years ago to add that video board in the North endzone. Are they just going to reverse that? It's hard to see marginal seats moving the needle enough to make further expansion worthwhile when you've already got 100,000 seats. Adding more suites might be financially prudent.

More people can be there when we run the winning streak to 11

Any stadium over 100k has a lot of really bad seats.
Aside from the obstructed view seats up by the press box on the west side the Neyland upper deck is actually very good. It’s so steep you don’t feel particularly far away

Hence we fired him… with cause… something LSU tried and publicly failed at. And since LSU is poor, they are hoping to use taxpayer funds to fight the lawsuit they are going to lose.

Thus going full circle and back to the relevant topic. Poors gonna poor.

You cannot fit 120K fat asses in that stadium no matter how much you expand

They might lose a few pounds walking up to the top.

but why?

the days of needing a 100,000 stadium are over
I guess they need the extra revenue

Lipstick on a pig.

Do yourself a favor and do a street view around Neyland. Parts of it looks condemned and even dangerous to enter.

Acting like the Vols are a Mississippi school with an empty trophy cash.

Hey slick Vols have been in the playoffs more recently than LSu, and didn’t have to steal from a children’s hospital to do it….

Poors are going to stay poor. “We GoT a BoOsTeR tO cOvEr It” hoping taxpayers bail you out.

Thank goodness. It's like a cracker box. Putting over 100k in a stadium designed for 65k is a problem

Hey slick. It’s a 12 team playoff lol. LSU won three national championships one with the 4 team playoff and the other with the BCS.

Congrats on getting throttled by Ohio State in the 12 team playoff. What else have you done in the last 20 years lol

They fire a coach and can't afford the buyout.

Then they claim to be a top 3 destination job.

They are getting a Dollar General Store coach and they know it.

Excuse me? You're the school with a 90% Catholic fan base.

Half y'all have more kids than the Kennedys.

....all those people, and you still can't afford a buy out or a new coach.

And LSU has been how many times?

LSU boosters have robbed more children’s hospitals than LSU has playoff appearances….
