In BB you might have a little as 4 days.

Do what? All these guys play in summer leagues and the month of December is nothing more than a defacto pre-season full of cupcakes and holiday tournaments.

There is no comparison between the physicality of football vs basketball. You trying to diminish the CFP because they only play 2 games is ridiculous.

I played with a guy that cut his chin open and at halftime they called a doctor out of the stands and sewed his chin up with no anesthesia. Another guy I played with played with a broken hand. They wrapped it up with foam and he finished the year like that.

But the Auburn guy got his hair pulled.

Yeah that makes sense. Hair is part of the uniform and not the body

Every professional sport that has medium to high levels of physicality bans hair pulling eschew the NFL. The NFL just sucks at life.

Where exactly are you getting this besides your arse? BB players are perhaps the best conditioned of all big 3 athletes simply because they play all year round.

Can hockey players do it? They will throw haymakers before acting like a Georgia Bulldog bitch in a cat fight.

If the MMA, Rugby and just about every sport can ban it, why cannot the NFL?

Who the frick is taught to tackle by the hair?

Whether the NFL allows it or not doesn't make a difference to me. Does college allow it? Even that doesn't matter. I mean, stuff happens all the time on the field openly and hidden that is against the rules.

It's just the nature of football. It's against the rules for a DB to grab a WR as he is about to run by him, but DB's do it all the time to prevent a TD.

In most sports the players try to avoid doing illegal acts. In football they try do actively do it and not get caught. Holding on the OLine, for instance. Holding could be called on every play.

Now Fairley has heart problems. If you ask me it serves the bitch right for playing as dirty as he did.

I get that and I mostly agree. I want a DL aggressive, even a little on the nasty side.

Would rather pull the dogs back than push them...

Good thing Fairley had shorter hair.

So now UGA is a football school because of the last two years ? All that success and nothing to show for it.

Yet Auburn is a basketball school and..........has nothing to show for it. Ok

If it's the only part of him I can catch then your damn right he'll be losing a few locks .How bout these guys not have hair sticking 6+ inches out of their helmet? Pretty easy solution if you don't want to get it pulled.

There is the key. Wear it up inside your helmet if you don't want to get it pulled. Easy solution....but some players are more concerned with how they look.
