Murray sounds like a decent human being but unfortunately he gave UGA and AU fans an opportunity to yell at each other again over an incident that took place 9 years ago. All of

Correct! You finally got something right.

They aren't the same sport.

Tell ya what, why don't write the NFL rules committee and explain the reason for your hissy fit and see if they'll change the rules.Good luck!

We weren't the school that brought him back to be an honorary captain against us in '17

Seems like the Aubbies are the ones who want to keep this thing burning.

What I find crazy is how people get so upset about Nick Fairley, when every team in the SEC would have been ecstatic to have him on their team.

He also said that POS Ben Jones pretty much started the whole thing by pulling out Josh Bynes' dreads out

Ben Jones didn't pretty much start the whole thing. He DID start the whole thing. Pulling Bynes dreads was far from the only thing he did leading up to that.

Omg, how dare we show some respect and gratitude to a Lombardi Award winner, Consensus All-American, All-Pro, who was one of the most important pieces of us winning a National Championship. Especially at one of the biggest home games of the season. The horror!

Most people don't know this, but Nick Fairly was drafted as an OL. He was ranked somewhere in the 100-200s just in comparison with other O line players if I remember correctly. Talk about out kicking your coverage.

And the year round play at an early age is taking its toll. Heard Dr. Andrews say exactly that.

About basketball players? Obviously heard about baseball but not basketball.

They've had summer leagues since I was a kid and if they weren't doing that kids were playing pick up games.I would love to see his quote.

Drafted? by the NFL? Crap. That seems like a waste of talent.

Drafted or recruited? Seems crazy to draft him as an OLineman. I guess it is easy to tell that I didn't know that!

It wouldn't surprise me. All the sports train year round and bodies need a chance to heal and recover. Baseball, Basketball, Football even wrestlers train year round. There is a difference in training and playing, though.

Honostly don't think the strain on a young guy playing basketball is anywhere close to a youth pitcher playing on a travel team.I mean AAU ball is a glorified street game.Something this kids would already be
