First of all as things stand right now Florida should be picked ahead, and neither aTm nor LSU are guarantees to win out.

Speculating I do think JFF makes aTm attractive this year plus a fan base more excited by their best team in the last 80 years. This is like LSU's 7th- 8th best team of the last 10. VERY different levels of excitement (and success)

Personally The Fiesta does little for me. The Rose would be a different story.

Ohhh.. so now they have already been sold.

Uhhh okay.

Listen up dickhead. The last time LSU had to travel any kind of distance at all to go to a bowl game was in 2009 to the Capital One bowl in Orlando vs Penn State.

Total Attendance was around 63K, 9000 short of a sellout. Even with Penn State, that is known to draw very well, there were 9,000 available for your fans to travel, spend money, etc.. etc.. blah blah blah.

It is easy to travel to Dallas and New Orleans. Orlando, Phoenix, not so much.

Someone is dillusional allright... very dillusional.

all it takes is a Bama win over UGA in the SECCG, an FSU win over UF and one of the 3 undefeated teams to slip up for LSU to get there. A Bama win over UGA and one of the undefeated teams losing with a UF win puits UF there. Basically the aggies need to cheer like hell for ND, Oregon and K State, because if any of them lose, it virtually assures that 2 SEC teams not named A&M will finish in the top 4 making the Aggies get pushed out

Which would mean UF is, which would then mean we're both out of BCS. How do y'all not get that?

some people just aren't quite as familiar with how the BCS actually works.

Kat, I'm afraid you're very very wrong here my friend. Brad Edwards is a unintelligent tool. The bigger win matters little in their formula. It's ok though, I know you ags have ZERO experience with being in this position.

If any of the top 3 lose and UF beats FSU - they will end up ranked in the top 4 of the BCS and will be FORCED to be selected based on BCS rules.

At that point, Alabama/UGA winner will go to sugar and UF will go to Fiesta.

If the top 3 all win out, Texas AM will go to Fiesta because they will travel well and JFF is the biggest thing in football right now.

Georgia/Alabama winner will still get Sugar, LSU will probably go Cotton or Cap 1, Florida will go Outback, Cap 1, or even Gator.

2 of the top 3 lose, Georgia Alabama winner probably plays for the national title.

Florida beats FSU they will again be in top 4 and BCS will have to take them, in which case Florida will hit the Sugar Bowl. If Florida loses, Sugar will take LSU for sure.

So, TAMU should root for FSU to beat UF, and for all 3 undefeateds to stay that way - then they probably get fiesta.

LSU needs to root for FSU to beat UF, and for at least 2 undefeateds to lose, so that they can get sugar.

Follow the money.

UF is the team getting screwed this year. Even at 11-1, if outside the top 4, that offense is just too offensive for a BCS bowl to select them with TAMU out there.

LSU just needs 1 undefeated to lose and UF to lose. not 2 undefeateds

You make it sound bad. Ags have also only lost to Bama 3 times.

Culmination of 12 months of hearing how A&M is going to get killed in the SEC. Middle of the pack. Can't hang with anyone. Perennial doormats, etc... etc.. did get a little old.

Also getting old hearing how LSU "whipped us" by 5. Usually a whipping involves double digits at least.

Fanbase doesn't suck. If you heard all the same shite we heard for 12+ months both in the SEC and from our exes, you would understand a little better.

A&M will not be selected over LSU. Take it to the Bank. You can print all the JFF propaganda shite you want. It's not happening.

Not to burst your bubble, but you actually are in the middle of the SEC pack FYI.

The only way LSU gets to the fiesta is if they can be forced in. If the fiesta can not take UF they will. Let's face it, they are not a hot ticket and their fan base has been lackluster in support this year at home.

If it comes down to them choosing between LSU and us, I think the odds favor us. Ratings will be higher, geographically closer, and they wont have to worry about the stench of corn dogs leftover.
I can tell you one thing, your head to head win means nothing when it comes to this.

Also lol at the guy thinking you will outsell us. Ags have already started buying tix while they are at face. So, even if you do get to go, I'm sure we can sell them to you for a very marked up price.

Aggies are dumb. A&M is far from likely to go to the Fiesta Bowl. It could happen, but it's certainly not likely. UF beats FSU and all of this talk stops for both teams. However, FSU over UF and USC over ND, and LSU gets the 2nd SEC BCS bid

It was double digits. 12 points till we let you have a garbage TD with seconds remaining. You got handled physically from the second quarter till the clock hit double 0 in the 4th.

UF says hello. They beat both those teams and unless FSU beats them, they are in complete control.

UF is without their OLine and QB. FSU likely wins.
