if they do the dirty deed and cant get who they want, they may name an interim for 2016 or get a high profile NFL OC or DC who has previous college experience. I just cant see a quality CFB HC making a move this late

Seriously though. You don't have grounds to reduce a buyout by $10mm without cause unless Sumlin feels generous. Only some pretty serious transgression(s) would warrant that. Big but not quite big enough to release with cause (no buyout).
