The effort is definitely there but the execution isnt. Its like watching a dog try so hard to catch his tail. Its cute and you just have to sit back encourage it so it trys harder.

It goes without saying, that we only grind good teams. If you haven't been grinded, then maybe it's that your team needs to have accomplished something first.
