I would call it a figment of your imagination.

The tennis coach seems to be the only person who did this

Based on the the information available, I would call it conjecture.

No she said when she woke up in the morning he was gone.

quote:

That night, Guice forced her to perform oral, then vaginal sex, she said. When she woke up in the morning, he was gone, she said. She told a few close friends that Guice had taken advantage of the situation, though she did not explicitly describe it as rape at the time, she said.

And I generally am not one to defend alleged rapists. The totality of the article indicates this is more of a “I was Too wasted to consent” situation.

But even this is in question

According to the article, the tennis coach was not informed until months after the daughter was kicked off the team for drugs, which at the time it seems the title ix team had already been notified by the drug counselor

The complaint made by the rehab team which, crucially, LSU claims failed to mention Guice in any way.

Corrected the OP.

She admits that she was using prescription pills that night and was heavily intoxicated.

She was also telling friends the next day that Guice "took advantage of the situation" which seems to line up with your theory.

No we don’t. That’s what I’m saying. It’s extremely plausible something got lost in translation between the girl in rehab for drug addiction recounting her story of a rape, and a rehab employee making a second hand report of that story to LSU

For the life of me, I don't get trolling and getting excited about rivals having situations like this.

Because you're in the minority around here and seem to really be a good person. Just sticking to the sports message board aspect of the story, this is a bad situation for college sports in general and the SEC in particular. There's already a stigma that college athletes get away with shite like this and regardless of what school it is, being happy about it for any reason just to have your rival look bad is dumb.

And as previously stated, Guice is quite obviously a piece of shite. This kind of behavior has no place in society.

Incident 1
Full of hearsay issues with no reports filed by the victim.

Incident 2
Report filed, but no name mentioned.

Tell me how LSU "swept" everything under the rug?

So was this part of the "unreported incidents" at LSU that caused his draft stock to fall in 2018?

quote:

Will Brinson
@WillBrinson

Per @RapSheet on Derrius Guice just now: “He was described as ‘high maintenance’ and ‘immature’” and had off-field incidents at LSU that went unreported.

It's bad for the university because it feeds into the stigma that college athletes can get away with stuff like this and in particular football players. It's bad for the conference because there's already a stereotype that SEC schools will win at all costs more so than other schools. All of this just gives ammo to people that think this way and are looking to be vocal about it.

I doubt anyone would describe rape as "high maintenance and immature."

Did you literally not read the rest of the tweet?

quote:

I was asking if this was possibly part of the unreported off-field incidents (and not as a smartass either).
