I have not heard that but not saying it didn't happen. I would ask for everything my contract says I'm entitled to if I were him and I say that as an Auburn fan. He needs to be gone but he should receive the full benefit of his bargain.

I am in your mind, and you hate to admit I am right. How many posts have you made about the list and now everyone know the list was true. You even know it's true now, but I am so much in your head your will not admit it. The Cult has you well trained or brain washed.

Why would he care if it’s not breach of contract? If it was breach of contract he’d be terminated by now with no money owed.

If I’m Harsin, I’m sitting back and letting AU figure it out, but I’m not letting go of a single cent they owe me.

The portion of the investigation into Harsin that would give him the most trouble at getting another job is not a breach of contract. Most of it is his treatment of players, coaches and AD employees. Again, not a breach of any contract terms, but character issues for a HC.

There's something fishy going on behind the scenes. There's no way this man should still be employed.

That’s the rumor, but he didn’t turn it down - He simply didn’t reply.

He’s gone regardless.

For real? Coming from a bona fide Auburn fan, and generally a reasonable fellow, I more likely believe.

He is daring them to do it by not even trying at his job. Next he will stop flushing in the public restroom and taking up the bagpipes like Saul Goodman

that's a silly take because as previously noted, "associated expenses" could include moving into a very expensive home.

Not true. Both parties will want this to go smoothly and quietly. AU doesn't want the word that they are trying to avoid the signed contract, and Harsin doesn't want the word out there on his behavior while at Auburn. Both sides know what is going to happen, they are just working at when.

That word was already put out in an attempt to get rid of him before he could ever start by boosters that run your "program".

He fought it and won.

That’s what I have read. I have no idea if any of it is true.

Bryan Harsin also invited a ton of recruits and families to a dinner earlier in the year (30 plus) and then didn’t show up. Maybe he just likes to leave people on “read.”

I personally dread the day when I am to be conscripted into becoming the Auburn head football coach.

wow. Isn't that legitimate grounds for firing him with nothing? I mean, isn't that part of his job?

He knows his fate and has since the start of the season. It was based on his performance on the field, and he knows he hasn't met that performance standard. People fail to recognize there are assistant coaches who also only have a one-two year contract. They will not let a HC throw up his hands or sit on them, plus a few are AU grads. Harsin is doing the best he can with the team he brought back after last season.
