We won 3 SEC Titles and 1 National Title during that period post Bryant and pre Saban (1983-2006). Our worst period ever.
Georgia has won 3 SEC Titles and 0 National Titles since Bryant retired (1983-2017).
Our bad periods are better than pretty much everyone elses good ones. The faster you accept and understand that the better off you will be.

I've been hearing all my life how it's coming for Georgia. Meanwhile, UF has been to the SEC title game more than any other team, including Alabama, though UA has won more.

So you're saying in this scenario that UF will be playing second fiddle for at least the next 2 - 5 years at which time Mullen is fired to bring in a new guy. Then at that point UF will again be rebuilding which will take at least 2 years. It's a pretty safe bet that if Mullen isn't the guy to do it that UGA owns UF for the next 5 to 10 years easy.

For decades Florida tolerated coaches that didn't win it all. Look at the program prior to Spurrier. Football was invented before the SEC went to divisions. Georgia has 13 conference titles. Florida has 8. UF's program has been spiraling downward since Meyer. Georgia's program is on the rise.
