Tomlin needs to take Newk’s spot. Newk is just as good out of the bullpen as Tomlin and Newcomb just isn’t a reliable starting option going forward.

I really thought Heyward was going to be at least a 20-20 type player and hit in the .280-300 range, boy was I wrong.

Most thought he was pretty good. The problem is some were willing to get rid of Freeman and pay a lot for Heyward. That would have been bad.
