She seems to be kind of a bitch. She says she is in charge of the hiring and will make the decision, then says there is a committee that will work with the Chancellor on the decision. She is focused more on showing everyone how big her balls are than on what she needs to do. Not impressed.

She said she obviously will have advisors, but no committee.
