That’s his composite score, which I guess is being significantly hampered by ESPN’s ratings. They’ve got him as the 11th best player in Mississippi, which is hilariously bad.

One thing i will never do with this recruiting stuff, is bash a kid that wants to stay home. Everybody in here would play for the home team if they could.

I always find it funny when people go hunting the one place that calls a recruit a five star and then source that, when in reality he’s almost a consensus four star. Matthews isn’t a five star, although it does hurt to miss out on him.
