All Bama does is drive the lane and shoot 3s. That's it. Our team doesn't shoot many jumpers at all.

But they didn't. They made more 3s than Arky and made more 2s
Hi, I'm a bama fan. I only follow basketball when we're good.

Arkansas won solely because of foul shots
Maybe you shouldn't foul so much

That doesn't constitute a beat down.
You lost by 15

As someone who has been following the team through the Grant and Avery years, I can definitively say this is false.

Uh-huh...remind me how many foul shots did Arky make again? How about this, how many shooting fouls were called against Arky in the second half?

LSU played Bama yesterday?

Did Tusca1oosa provide his in game thread?
Did he discuss 43-8 FT?
Or did he only do an Alabana baseball thread?

Not to pile on, but if your offense is completely centered around jump shots from the perimeter you are not going to get a lot of calls going your way.
I say that because past Arkansas teams played the exact same way... and lost the same way.

It isn't. Bama drives the lane and shoots 3s. The shot breakdown shows this to be true.

Last night was our 2nd lowest free throw rate of the season. It was Arkansas 2nd best free throw rate against of the season (only in front of Mississippi Valley State). We average around 31.0 and last night was 11.6.
It was also by far the highest we've allowed this season defensively, and it was by far Arkansas' highest free throw rate on offense of the season (79.6).
- Arkansas allowed less trips to the line per possession than they have all season but 1. Alabama went to the line per possession less times than they have all season but 1.
- Arkansas went to the line per possession more than they have all season. Alabama allowed more trips to the line per possession than they have all season.
I mean it is what it is, we didn't play well and Arkansas did and we lost. But last night was definitely strange compared to our season and your season, statistically.

If we had shot them better you would have lost by 25. Would that make you feel better?

I personally thought the refs took over the game for a majority of it on both sides. I feel like we adjusted to the style they were calling better than Bama did. Musselman is one of the best coaches I've ever seen at adjusting to the situation of the game. Especially at halftime. I hope we see you guys in the tourney for the rubber match.
