Was surprised we were that low in the NIT. But we just didn't get it done in the last week. We had the opportunities against Tennessee but fell short both times.
We have a really young team with 0 seniors. So having this NIT run playing teams on our caliber will help us a ton next year. As opposed to getting blown out by Duke or Kansas in the tournament.

Only had 1 loss in the NC and that was to Cinncinati on the road. My issue was too many home games were scheduled. And teams like Dayton didn't pan out. But Stephen F Austin was better than expected. Doesn't help that the SEC is in a Big 12 challenge that doesn't accommodate every SEC team.
Both of these NIT games we've played so far are better than any NC win we had.

We aren't gonna win this game. Stapleton has pissed off the refs, who were going to give Baylor the 2nd half anyway. On to women's hoops and football.
