OSU also lost practically all of their defense from last season and Day is making a gamble by retaining a QB that made some absolutely boneheaded in-game decisions. Sayin will make or break Day’s coaching career.

I love Kamario Taylor's upside, but if are going to take another step forward, I think it will be the defense doing the heavy lifting.
Zach Arnett is a massive upgrade over Coleman Hutzler at DC. Lebby's teams have finished 16th and 15th in total defense. Arnette's D's finished 5th in the SEC all 3 years he was DC in his previous stint with MSU.
Minnesota rarely loses home games, but if Taylor and Arnett perform as hoped, we should be very competitive in this game.

Big game for both schools, Minnesota has the easier schedule but even they only have like 4 games where they’ll have a roster advantage. It’ll be a dog fight. Minnesota like miss st traditionally plays physical football.

He's not wrong. Sark's record in big games is terrible, and being 0-5 against Smart and Day is embarrassing, considering the amount of resources he has. Texas has ridiculous talent returning, but Sark's record in big games makes me temper expectations. Until he starts winning those games, he deserves the criticism.

you may be new here. NFLSU is mentally ill. Has a really weird obsession with Texas and Texas A&M. Some think it's because he couldn't get in either of those schools.
the truth is, he just has some pretty severe mental issues. I used to think it was funny. Now I just worry about the people in his life.
hookem33, I've been here since we played LSU at home the year they had Burrow and I wanted to discuss the game in the lead up. I agree 100% about NFLSU. His hatred of the state of Texas runs very deep. Something bad happened to him and the state of Texas factors in somehow. I think a Texan fricked his Mom and ghosted her.
But I'm also seeing major physiological issues with you, my friend, when it comes to Sark. It's like you're on a mission. Most Texas fans are more impressed with him as a head coach than they are as a offensive coordinator, which makes sense. But there's no excuses this year and all the pieces are in place. You should get on board for the big year.

All 3 take place on September 12th. Who do you got?
Ohio State at Texas (-1.5)
Oklahoma at Michigan (-2.5)
Mississippi State at Minnesota (Betting odds not yet posted)
I think the SEC goes 2-1 with Texas and OU winning
I disagree with you. OSU, Michigan, and Mississippi State will get the win.
Watch out for Mississippi State.
