I’m hoping that we’ve turned the corner and our coaching transition pains and 4-loss seasons are about over.

Decide which is which.
The claim was "non SEC wins" but naturally, you move the goal posts even though still, one less overall win.

Because who gives a frick about sec losses when you have considerably more losses total since 2024.
Also, you moved the goal post from the OP, so don’t bitch when someone tries to move it back.

Funny... neither your numbers nor your attempt at rudimentary mathematics are accurate.
I meant "one less conference win than Kirby", adult human barker.
The original question:

how many of those wins came from non SEC games....
The implication is pretty obvious: most of DeBoer's wins came against garbage teams but he isn't going to slap the SEC around like he did Oregon State.
If that's the argument, I guess Kirby's reign is over too since DeBoer has one less SEC win than Kirby since DeBoer was hired. Apparently one extra conference win is the magical dividing line between an elite SEC coach and a guy whose "wins don't count."

Evidently your boyfriend wdhalgren does... Also for the record, two =/= "considerably more." And weird you're cherry picking losses while turning a blind eye to the fact that he also has one less overall win than Kirby... Fun fact: the last time LSU won more than 11 games in a season, Sam Leavitt was 14 years old...

No, I responded to the clear cut implication behind wdhalgren's question that Deboer's win total is inflated by weak/nonconference competition and therefore won't translate to the SEC... Yuge obvious difference between responding to the argument someone is making and changing the argument when it backfires like you did.
You're being willfully obtuse just because you can't get over the fact that Alabama's dick is covered in LSU saliva. Sad.

You seem mad about facts.
You should calm down fella.

One did it solely in the SEC. They stand head and shoulders above the rest.

You guys probably want to lock him up in a 10-yr contract while you still can. Say $140 mln? With a big ol’ fat buyout. You certainly don’t want LSU trying to poach him in 2-3 years when Kiffin flames out.
Right? Right?
Right? Right?

Not that it happens but if OU beats GA then Barry moves to #3 over Kirby.
Kirby would be .842
This is through first 10 years as coach, which wouldve been last year for kirbs

Deboer is 16-5 vs. SEC teams as the coach of Alabama, while being born on third base.
Put him on the Mt. Rushmore of SEC coaches now!

I was only referring to your incorrect 2024, 2025 win loss records vs SEC teams, and your misstated conclusion. If not understanding what you meant to say makes me an adult human barker, so be it.
As for Deboer's aptitude as a head coach, I haven't spent any time thinking about it. College football has changed so much that it's become more about pure athleticism and simplified schemes that can be learned in one offseason, less about coaching and strategy.
