Baker is married to the former Roslyn Jones, a former All-SEC soccer player at LSU. They have a daughter, Anderson, and two sons, Byron and Brady.

Yes, Missouri is a much better job than LSU.

What does it say if Baker stays at Mizzou?

That he likes his job, bought his wife a brand new Denali and a kitchen remodel.

Baker knows the damage LSU could do to his desire to be a head coach.

If he stays at Mizzou, it’s for one more year anyway. If he goes to LSU, he’ll set his career progress back a couple years.

Either way, leaving now vs after 2023 won’t change Mizzou’s trajectory.

Lol... because he'd be coaching up 4 and 5 stars at LSU instead of 3 stars?

Best way to a good HC job is being on an NC staff, and LSU is closer to it.

Yep, plenty of times. I live in Kansas City. I have friends who lives in Columbia. Just as bad as Baton Rouge except that it is landlocked.

Those 4 & 5 stars did you so well.

What you dummies haven’t figured out yet is stars don’t mean shite if you don’t put the pieces together that actually fit together.

If LSU wants him LSU will take him it is the natural order of things and it is right for them to do so

Are we talking about the same LSU that fired him two years ago? Or was that Kelly that fired him? Or was it Kelly AND LSU that fired him?

I am sure he can’t wait to go back. But he will for enough money. The poor kids. The poor, poor kids.

This is too dumb for words. Lol

Let’s see…. After the 2019 National Championship game LSU’s DC became the Head Coach at Baylor and the OC got a OC job in the NFL with the Carolina Panthers and is the current OC for the Bills.

Being coordinators at LSU was Horrible for their careers. Lol
