Ya I mean this will happen to all our teams at some point in the next 3-10 years no doubt. Look at UW, they have 1 returning starter on offense, 1!!! Coaching stability is going to be the number 1 determining factor for success. Not even coaching per se lol, just having your coach not leave.

Don’t these kids know that they’re decommitting from Alabama? The MIGHTY Alabama Crimson Tide football program? Wait, it shouldn’t matter that Saban isn’t coaching there anymore, this is Alabama we’re talking about, and DeBoer was a home run hire, and so are the head coaches he’s stealing from NAIA programs to coach their DL and DB’s! These kids are really going to miss out on the NAIA all star staff that’s being assembled in Tuscaloosa

Alabama fans realizing that Saban was the destination and not The Mighty University of Alabama pawwwwwl. Now they've got to fight the same NIL battle of poaching and retention as the rest of us. Without the GOAT coach there, Alabama is no different than any of the rest of the big boys. It's just a bidding war now and they've got no ace in the hole.
